Asbestos Surveys
Carrying
out an asbestos survey is the first step in complying with
Regulation 4 of Duty to Manage Asbestos (CAR2006) which came
into force in May 2004.
Quality Assurance is guaranteed by MIS Limited as our Asbestos
surveyors have over 20 years experience of asbestos surveying,
we have held UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service) since
1983, and are members of Consturctionline, RICE (Regular Inter-laboratory
Counting Exchange), and AIMS.
Asbestos Management
The asbestos survey will identify the risk associated with
the asbestos materials, to mitigate this risk the implentation
of an asbestos management plan is one of the key deliverables
from MIS Limited, one option would be to use our asbestos
management software which will guide you to full compliance
and safe removal of the asbestos product. Alternatively, MIS
Limited can work to in house standards of asbestos management
specified by the client.

to ensure you are legally compliant in today's minefield of
regulations, legislation and red tape.
